Termite control in Pakistan

Inspection, baiting, and soil treatment for homes, new construction and commercial buildings. We find where the termites are coming from and treat the colony, not just the damaged wall.

Signs you may have termites

Termites eat from the inside, so the damage is usually far worse than what you can see. If you notice any of these, get an inspection before repairs.

  • Mud tubes

Pencil-thin mud lines running up walls, pillars or the foundation.

  • Hollow wood

Door frames, skirting or cupboards that sound hollow when tapped.

  • Discarded wings

Small piles of wings near windows and lights after rain.

  • Bubbling paint

Paint or wallpaper that blisters, often near the floor.

  • Sticking doors

Doors and windows that suddenly stick as frames warp.

  • Damaged stock

Eaten cardboard, files, pallets or books in stores.

Three ways to treat termites

Most buildings need one of these, some need two. After the inspection we recommend what fits your building and budget.

Treatment Best for How it works Drilling
Baiting system (Exterminex)See the Exterminex kit Existing buildings with active termites Bait stations in the soil around the building. Termites carry the bait to the nest and the colony dies out. None. Nothing is sprayed indoors.
Pre-construction soil treatment New houses and buildings before the floor is laid Termiticide applied to the excavated soil and foundation trenches, forming a treated layer under the whole building. None — done during construction.
Post-construction drill & inject Finished buildings that need an immediate chemical barrier Small holes along floor edges and walls are injected with termiticide, then sealed and finished. Small holes, filled after treatment.

How the baiting system ends a colony

A termite colony can hold hundreds of thousands of insects, living a metre or more below your floor. The Exterminex system uses the termites themselves to deliver the bait to the nest.

  1. 1

Stations go in around the building

In-ground stations are set into the soil at intervals around the outside walls, where termites forage.

  2. 2

    Termites find the station

Worker termites tunnel into the station looking for food. Their activity tells us exactly where the colony is feeding.

  3. 3

    They carry the bait home

The bait contains chlorfluazuron, which stops termites from moulting. Workers share it through the colony before anyone notices.

  4. 4

    The colony collapses

With no termites able to moult, the colony dies out. The stations stay in the ground as an early warning for new colonies.

Ask on WhatsApp
What are the signs of termites in a house?

Mud tubes on walls and foundations, hollow-sounding wood, cracked paint on door frames, piles of discarded wings near windows, and doors that suddenly stick. Termites often go unseen for months, so an inspection is worth it if you notice any of these.

What is pre-construction termite treatment?

Before the floor is laid, the soil under and around the foundation is treated with a termiticide. It creates a protective layer between the ground and the building, and it is the cheapest time to protect a new house.

Do I need to leave the house during treatment?

Not for baiting — stations go into the soil outside. For drill-and-inject treatment we work room by room, and you can stay at home.

How often are bait stations checked?

Stations are usually checked about once a month while termites are active, and bait is topped up whenever it has been eaten.
